Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve individual business targets by identifying and acquiring potential corporate clients
Generate deposits in the form of: CASA (Current Account & SND) & Term Deposits
Conduct regular client follow-ups (calls, visits, meetings) to convert prospects into customers
Mobilize low-cost deposits to maintain an optimal cost of funds
Focus on sustainable liability growth rather than just volume
Develop, grow, and maintain long-term corporate relationships
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
Strengthen brand loyalty in the corporate banking segment
Procure and manage Corporate Cash Management clients
Increase transaction volumes and account balances
Monitor client accounts to: Increase transaction activity
Monitor client accounts to: Improve average balances
Monitor client accounts to: Enhance collection flows
Identify opportunities for cross-selling banking products
