∎ BBA or Masters/MBA in a reputed University/Institute;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
∎ Ensure logistical support according to the planned inhouse training programs and collaborates with vendors and third-party training providers.
∎ Develop Monthly and Yearly Functional Training Calendars.
∎ Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within an organization.
∎ Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report to Management team.
∎ Conducts or facilitates required and recommended training sessions.
∎ Ensures that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved training budget.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience, & healthcare industry will be preferred.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
∎ Thorough understanding of training processes.
∎ Ability to moderate large groups.
∎ Extremely organized and detail-oriented.
∎ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
