- Should have hands-on knowledge of computerized information systems.

Position: Deputy Chief Nursing Officer, Labaid Dhanmondi Hospitals
Job Responsibilities:
- Determining goals, aims, objectives and policies of the Nursing Services.
- Ensuring patient-centric, safe, compassionate and efficient care is rendered in the various departments of the hospital.
- Conducting regular hospital rounds.
- Conducting Nursing trainings for all Nurses.
- Implementing Nursing quality and Infection control in all units of the hospital.
- Establish and enforce patient care standards, lead quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Prepare and disseminate nursing policies, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
- Any other responsibilities given by the Management in connection with nursing service.
