• Master of Science (MSc) in Nursing
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing

• Master of Public Health (MPH) will be advantageous.

• Age At most 45 years
• Only Female

• The ideal candidate must have 10 years of practical experience in tertiary care hospital(s);    
• Knowledge and practical experience is an accredited hospital is preferred.   
• Must be result-oriented, having proven technical and leadership capabilities;      
• Functional proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) in both English and Bengali.
• Should have hands-on knowledge of computerized information systems.

Position: Deputy Chief Nursing Officer, Labaid Dhanmondi Hospitals

Job Responsibilities:

• Determining goals, aims, objectives and policies of the Nursing Services.
• Ensuring patient-centric, safe, compassionate and efficient care is rendered in the various departments of the hospital.
• Conducting regular hospital rounds.
• Conducting Nursing trainings for all Nurses.
• Implementing Nursing quality and Infection control in all units of the hospital.
• Establish and enforce patient care standards, lead quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Prepare and disseminate nursing policies, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Any other responsibilities given by the Management in connection with nursing service.
