Position: Head of Hospitality Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall supervision of Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage & Safety & Security operations of Dhanmondi Cardiac & Specialized Hospitals;
- Ensure Routine/ Preventive and Emergency Maintenance of Hospital Building at Dhanmondi;
- Co-ordinate Renovation works under the guidance of Management;
- Ensure best effort towards highest patient satisfaction in the areas of Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage & Safety & Security;
- Mitigate patient complaints with due urgency in the areas of Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage & Safety & Security;
- Train and develop the workforce to enhance the quality of service in the areas of Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage & Safety & Security;
- Responsible for any other assignment given by higher Management.
