Position: Call Centre Executive

Industry: Aesthetics & Cosmetic Clinic

We are looking for a smart, well-spoken, and customer-focused Call Centre Executive to join our aesthetics clinic. The ideal candidate will handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a smooth and professional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.

• Provide information about treatments, services, pricing, and offers.

• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.

• Follow up with leads and existing patients.

• Maintain accurate patient records in the system.

• Handle complaints and resolve patient concerns effectively.

• Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff regarding appointments.

• Maintain call logs and daily performance reports.

• Achieve monthly booking and conversion targets.

Requirements

• Minimum HSC/Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in call center/customer service (healthcare experience preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in [Insert Language(s)].

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).

• Pleasant voice and professional phone etiquette.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Experience in healthcare or aesthetic industry.
