Supreme Balora Hospital Aesthetic Care is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly experienced Brand Manager to strengthen and expand the hospital’s brand presence within the competitive aesthetic and healthcare industry.
This role requires strong Digital Marketing expertise, combined with proven experience in brand planning, execution, and performance-driven marketing initiatives.
Brand Strategy & Marketing
Develop and execute comprehensive brand and marketing strategies aligned with the hospital’s business objectives
Prepare annual and monthly marketing plans and calendars to enhance brand exposure, patient acquisition, and lead generation
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and profitability of laser and aesthetic services
Digital Marketing & Performance Management
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing activities, including social media marketing, Google & Facebook ads, SEO, content marketing, and online campaigns
Monitor digital campaign performance, ROI, and patient engagement metrics to ensure measurable results
Utilize data and analytics to continuously improve brand visibility and sales performance
Brand Communication & Consistency
Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms, including website, social media, print materials, outdoor advertising, and in-hospital branding
Lead brand communication for aesthetic, dermatology, and healthcare services in line with hospital values and ethical standards
Social Media Management
Build and enhance brand presence across social media platforms
Develop, manage, and publish engaging content to create strong interaction with existing and potential patients
Grow audience reach, engagement, and conversion through strategic content planning
Events & Activation
Plan and execute both online and offline events, awareness programs, workshops, and promotional campaigns
Prepare event-related creatives such as posters, newsletters, and promotional materials
Support event execution to maximize patient engagement and brand recall
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
Coordinate closely with doctors, management, creative agencies, and media partners
Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, brand partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors
Sales Support & Market Development
Support patient acquisition and retention through effective branding and marketing initiatives
Visit the market, conduct surveys, and gather insights to identify new growth opportunities
Provide regular performance reports aligned with sales targets and business goals
