∎ SSC
∎ Candidates having higher education will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning and training the helpers for making them as Sewing Operator.
∎ Need to find out the potential candidates from various departments who can be made as operator.
∎ Prepare the training curriculum and execute it in a way that within shortage possible time the trainees are made operators.
∎ Responsible for overall operation, training and administration of the Training Centre.
∎ Responsible for the safety issues and maintaining compliance requirements of the Training center.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should have good leadership quality.
Salary: Tk. 30000 - 35000 (Monthly)
