Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience as a Python developer with a strong grasp of object-oriented programming concepts.
∎ Prior experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or seminars on Python.
∎ Proficiency in developing practical applications using Python, encompassing web frameworks, data manipulation, and scripting.
∎ Clear communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to guide learners through challenges effectively.
∎ Knowledge of different learning methodologies and the ability to adapt training techniques based on audience needs.
∎ Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in the Python ecosystem.
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage training schedules, materials, and participant progress.
∎ Optional: Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies related to Python (e.g., databases, APIs, front-end frameworks) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and develop engaging and structured training programs for individuals and groups, catering to varying skill levels and learning styles.
∎ Deliver in-depth training sessions that cover fundamental and advanced concepts of Python programming.
∎ Provide hands-on experience through coding exercises, projects, and real-world examples to reinforce learning.
∎ Instruct participants on object-oriented programming principles and how they apply within the context of Python.
∎ Offer insights into the practical applications of Python in areas such as web development, data analysis, automation, and more.
∎ Customize training content to address specific industry needs and trends, ensuring relevance and applicability.
∎ Evaluate the progress of participants, provide constructive feedback, and adapt training methods as needed to ensure successful learning outcomes.
∎ Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python and related technologies to continually enhance training content and delivery.
∎ Collaborate with other trainers, curriculum developers, and instructional designers to improve training materials and strategies.
∎ Foster a positive and interactive learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge-sharing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 1-2 years experiences in the ICT Division (Govt. Training Project), applicant who has experiences in Government Sector, he gets preferences.
