Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum four years Bachelor Degree or in BBA/MBA or other relevant subjects.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Project Manager (Software), Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials.
∎ Test and review created materials.
∎ Maintain a database of all training materials.
∎ Conduct training through new materials.
∎ Review performance and learning.
∎ Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes.
∎ Prepare daily agenda for trainer to training the class.
∎ Prepare daily report and give update to project office & Project lead.
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with project Coordinator, Trainer & Project Lead .
∎ Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, and equipment.
∎ Maintain all training materials in appropriate databases.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 4-5 years’ experience in the ICT Division (Govt Project), the applicant who has experience in Government Sector, gets preference
∎ Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
∎ Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms
∎ Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
