Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum four Years Bachelor degree or in BBA/MBA or other relevant subjects.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create training strategies (Govt. IT Training Ict Ministry), initiatives, and materials
∎ Test and review created materials
∎ Maintain database of all training details
∎ Prepare daily agenda for trainer to training the class
∎ Prepare daily report and give update to project office & Project lead
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with project Coordinator, Trainer & Project Lead
∎ Coordinate and monitor Training center
∎ Maintain all training project/execution/Bill prepare & submit to ICT.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ At least 3-4 years experiences in the ICT Division (Govt Training Project), applicant who has experiences in Government Sector, he gets preferences.
∎ Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.
∎ Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
