Responsibilities & Context: - Identify training and development needs through TNA (Training Needs Assessment), performance appraisals, and department consultations.
- Design, implement, and evaluate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain and update Learning Management System (LMS) and training documentation.
- Track and assess training outcomes and recommend necessary improvements.
- Support initiatives like competency frameworks, career pathing, and succession planning.
- Organize employee engagement activities including team-building, recognition programs, and cultural events.
- Assist with content creation, editing, and publishing of the in-house newsletter.
- Prepare L&D dashboards and MIS reports.
- Collaborate across departments to align L&D strategies with company goals.
