Training Delivery

1. Conduct training sessions on Angular, ASP.NET Core, and MongoDB for various audiences, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners.
2. Develop and deliver hands-on coding exercises, tutorials, and real-world project examples.

Curriculum Development       

1. Create and update training materials, including slides, code samples, and documentation.
2. Design comprehensive training programs tailored to different skill levels and learning paces.

Technical Support:

1. Provide technical assistance and mentorship to trainees during and after training sessions.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during training.

Assessment and Evaluation:

1. Develop assessment tools such as quizzes, coding tests, and project evaluations.
2. Monitor and evaluate trainees` progress and provide constructive feedback.

Continuous Improvement:

1. Stay updated with the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in Angular, ASP.NET Core, and MongoDB.
2. Implement feedback from trainees to improve the training program continuously.

Collaboration:

1. Work with other trainers, instructional designers, and stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective training programs.
2. Participate in team meetings and contribute to training strategy discussions.

Documentation:

1. Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress.
2. Prepare reports and documentation as required by management.
