∎ Direct Selling & marketing products through at Customer Points. Preferable for All Retail Products, SME Loan.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong work ethic and a dedication to customer service.
∎ Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills
∎ Ability / willingness to Direct Sales Banking Products (All Sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales).
∎ Ability to sell retail Liability products (Opening different types of CASA Deposit Accounts, Scheme Deposits and booking Term Deposits etc.
∎ To achieve individual monthly sales target set by the management.
∎ Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required
∎ information and documents from prospective customers.
∎ Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship with new clients by offering proper products and services.
∎ Ensuring KYC and genuineness of all documents collected from the clients.
∎ Preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring strict compliance of OBL's rules, regulations and HR policies.
∎ Ensuring service excellence to the clients while providing services.
