Responsibilities & Context:
Weekly Production Plan according to capacity & work with the planning & Merchandising department to get correct input.
Making daily various type of Develop sample & color costing report.
Daily manpower, Target setting, achievement monitoring with daily Production report & check the color & design with approval of the running production.
Handling the chemical store & arrange new & shortage color chemical from head office through proper channel.
