1. The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): HTML & CSS, Java, Nodejs, PHP, Python
2. Good organizational and time management skills.
3. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Collaborative team spirit.
6. The candidate must be honest, smart, energetic, a fast learner, and a result-oriented team member.
7. The candidate must have the mindset and be capable of working under pressure.
8. Good skills in Microsoft Office.

1. Ensuring proper design and architecture Design, code, test, and quality assurance according to software design specifications following standard coding styles and practices and developing large-scale distributed applications.
2. Experience with Python/Django to implement backend features.
3. Experience with Javascript, JQuery, and/or React to implement frontend features.
4. High proficiency in HTML/CSS/SCSS to implement responsive template designs provided by the User Experience Team.
5. Experience with REST APIs.
6. Experience with testing frameworks.
7. In-depth knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
8. Experience in building/working with Content Management Systems.
9. High proficiency in one or more backend languages (e.g., PHP, NodeJS, Python, Java).
10. Experience in UI/UX.
11. Experience with Docker, and Kubernetes.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13. Ability to create/update documentation for other developers.
14. Eagerness and interest in working on a variety of projects.
