Education:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline in Computer Science & Engineering
- Four Year Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and related disciplines from any UGC approved public and private university and also reputed foreign university.
- Minimum first class or its equivalent CGPA 3.00 in graduate and under graduate program. Third class or equivalent CGPA in any academic examination shall not be eligible for the position.

- Age not exceeding 32 (thirty) years as on 31.06.2025
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with a high level of digital literacy, innovative mindset, problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced tech-driven environment.
- Must be willing to work in any branch, regional office or Head Office location across Bangladesh, including deployment in IT infrastructure hubs or digital service points as required by the Bank.

- On probation, the consolidated monthly salary will be BDT 40,000 (Forty Thousand) only. After satisfactory completion of probationary period, the candidate(s) will be confirmed in the grade of Officer with the salary of BDT 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand) only.
The Trainee Officers will have a probationary period of minimum 01 (one) year.
