Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Minimum Graduate/Diploma (3 years) in CSE/ETE/IT.
∎ Additional degree in the relevant field will be added advantage
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide user level technical support for end users, computers, printers, etc.
∎ Assist with end user system updates and monitoring. Including: spyware removal and testing, virus checking, ensuring backup of data files, etc.
∎ Provide high degree of professionalism and end user satisfaction and work well with others.
∎ Network cabling and provide basic support of networking
∎ Maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, installing OS/software and networking
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor/the office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ A very good user and follower of latest technology
∎ A good conversant in apps usage, email communication, Google office stacks
