Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and update daily sales & marketing activities in assigned area.
∎ Follow the Sales plan and work independently on daily activities to meet the plan goals.
∎ Develop new market opportunities.
∎ Ensure good relationship with Bank branches, zonal offices, government offices and other key persons/offices.
∎ Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales target for the assigned area individually.
∎ Implement organizational policies & strategies at agent point.
∎ Conduct local campaign in market place.
∎ Forecast market demand/agent demand and achieve sales target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ 1-2 year(s) of solid field level experience in sales preferable (not mandatory).
∎ Having driving license and self-driven motorcycle will be preferred.
∎ Ready to work in the field level anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Experienced with Telecom, FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, insurance and any Mobile Banking Distribution will be given priority.
∎ Must be skilled in operating Microsoft word, Excel & internet.

Salary:
∎ For fresh graduates: Salary - Tk. 16,000 (First 3 Months Tk.10,000) For experienced and well deserving candidates: Salary - Negotiable
