Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To provide all sort of software support to the users
∎ To operate, administer and troubleshoot in house software platforms and apps (account creation, application use, hardware, telecom network, logs etc)
∎ To coordinate with the core software development team
∎ To identify business process development and ensure optimization
∎ Administration, installation and support of Windows-, MacOS- and Linux-based systems.
∎ To run database queries and generate reports as per requirements
∎ Data analysis and designing info graphics
∎ Technical documentation
∎ Website design and CMS management
∎ To conduct technical training
∎ Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
∎ To work with mail, web and hosting services
∎ To troubleshoot networking, computers, hardware etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ A very good user and follower of latest technology
∎ A good conversant in apps usage, email communication, Google office stacks,
∎ A master of Goggling
