Job Context:

∎ We are seeking potential & self-motivated management trainee to join our RMG Industry. In this role, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion under the direction of experienced personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initially work ideas/training will be provided while doing day-to-day work and candidate must be sharp & keen to learn in a very good atmosphere.
∎ Support senior officials as and when required. On-time support will increase operating efficiency.
∎ Preparing and maintaining a schedule, initiate contacts with different parties for in house material.
∎ Smooth and efficient correspondence and communication with buyers, locally as well as internationally.
∎ Receive training and perform duties in the Merchandising department.
∎ Learn various functions, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business.
∎ Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties.
