Responsible to sell Retail Banking products, mainly Retail Asset products & achieve monthly target provided by the management.

And also selling retail, Liability, Credit Card & Islamic banking Products of Bengal Commercial Bank PLC under the respective dept.

We are looking for Trainee Direct Sales Officer to SSO/TL for deploying at Bengal Commercial Bank PLC.

Direct Selling & marketing products through at Customer Points.

Preferable for All Banking Products, as Retail, Liability, Credit Cards, Islamic Banking and SME products.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong work ethic and a dedication to customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Ability / willingness to Direct Sales Banking Products (All Sorts of Banking Products for Direct Sales).
• Ability to sell retail, Liability (Opening different types of CASA Deposit Accounts, Scheme Deposits and booking Term Deposits etc.), Credit Cards, Islamic Banking and SME products.
• To achieve individual monthly sales target set by the management.
• Ensuring client calls, keeping visit details and collecting required information and documents from prospective customers.
• Creating, building and maintaining sustainable relationship with new clients by offering proper products and services.
• Ensuring KYC and genuineness of all documents collected from the clients.
• Preparing call report on daily, weekly & monthly basis.
• Ensuring strict compliance of BGCB's rules, regulations and HR policies.
• Ensuring service excellence to the clients while providing services.
