Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Adaptability, Analytical ability, Learning Attitude
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Bank, BGMEA, Customs Bond and Export Promotion Bureau.
∎ Assist to Senior for Buying House Management.
∎ Work with Freight Forwarder/Shipping.
∎ Clearing & Forwarding agent Management.
∎ Regular Office Work as require.
∎ Assist to senior for Execute, Coordinate and Monitor and manage L/C related works with L/C opening banks.
∎ Assist to all commercial activities (L/C amendment, correction of L/C terms and conditions according to Bangladesh Bank rules & regulations, shipment conditions, communication with parties).
∎ Assist for preparing documents as per L/C terms & conditions.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with C&F Agents, Concerned Agencies, Banks, Shipping Line, Insurance Companies, VAT department, production department, Transport Agents for Export & Import purpose etc.
∎ Check all Import/Export documents required at different levels (Commercial invoice, Packing List, Delivery Challan / Truck Receipt, Technical Literature, Country of Origin, other certificate).
∎ Any other duties may be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Bengali typing word per minute 35-40 and English typing word per minute
∎ Have knowledge on computer applications.
∎ Have knowledge on ERP software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Preferred working experience in woven factories.
