∎ Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Sales and Trade Marketing/Activation. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
∎ Must have a valid driving license. Having a bike will add advantage.
∎ Must have excellent communication skill, leadership and team management skill, and strategic thinking skill.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement market-specific plans for Existing Adult Smoker (EAS) activation.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with Trade Loyalty Program (TLP) retailers and manage loyalty strategies.
∎ Lead and mentor the Brand Activation (BA) team, ensuring effective execution of activation programs.
∎ Drive sales volume targets for TLP outlets and identify business growth opportunities.
∎ Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports on trade activation and loyalty programs.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and promote ethical behavior within the team.
