Responsibilities & Context:
Drive and operate farm tractors for ploughing, tilling, and transporting goods/crops in Shariatpur.
Perform basic maintenance of the tractor (oil change, filter check, tire pressure, etc.).
Ensure safe operation and follow farm management instructions.
Assist in loading/unloading agricultural produce and farm inputs.
Report any mechanical problems immediately to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the tractor.
