Responsibilities & Context:

• Provide expert consultation to clients for worldwide tourist visa processing (USA, UK, Schengen, Japan, Germany, Australia, Canada, New Zealand etc.).
  

• Handle visa documentation, application form filling, embassy appointments & submission.
  

• Guide clients with travel requirements, embassy rules, and latest visa updates.
  

• Ensure accurate checking of documents and compliance with embassy regulations.
  

• Communicate with clients via phone, email & in-person meetings to resolve queries.
  

• Maintain updated knowledge of global visa policies and immigration trends.
  

• Assist in related travel consultancy services as required.
