Education:
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
BBA/MBA in Management, Marketing, or Tourism & Hospitality Management.
Bachelor in Tourism & Hospitality Management. Diploma in Tourism & Travel Management.
Diploma / Certificate in Airline Ticketing & Reservation (GDS) – Specialized training on Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo.
Practical knowledge of Amadeus / Sabre / Galileo GDS.
Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Minimum 1–2 years in airline ticketing
- Strong GDS knowledge (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo)
- Experience in issuing, reissuing & refunding tickets worldwide
- Good communication skills in Bangla & English
