Skills Required: Air ticketing Reservation,Amadeus,Galileo,GDS,GDS (GalileoTravelport,GDS (SABRE,GDS expert,GDS SYSTEM,Reservation Ticketing,Ticketing & Reservation
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 45 years
Visa / Tour pacakge knowledge is plus point
Must be tech savvy , only MS word knowledge not enough
Must be willing to stay for 3 years minimum
Responsibilities & Context:
Deal with client inquiries regarding airlines / flights & other travel services
Communicate with clients to provide travel services
Respond to clients via online & offline channels
Create travel itineraries with flights & other travel services
Book flights using different platforms like GDS & Other systems
Keep sales records & report sales information
Visa or tour package knowledge will be plus point
Be up to date with airlines rules, offers & promotions
Execute all GDS major commands in Sabre / Travelport /Amadeus & NDC platforms (Book, reissue, issue, split / merge, refund, ancillary, Dummy bookings etc)
Other tasks regarding travel booking & client communications assigned by administration
