Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced Ticketing & Reservation expert to join our team and enrich our travel and tourism services.
- You will be responsible for national and international ticketing, booking reservation, refund, and reissue for the various clients (individuals or businesses).
- The goal is to provide professional and committed reservation and ticketing services of all countries to enhance satisfaction and acquire an expanding and dedicated client.
- Expert on GDS like Amadeus, Galileo & Saber. Expert knowledge of worldwide destinations, tours, and flights.
- Expert on customized itineraries to suit the clients` preferences and budget.
- Clear concepts and execution on all bookings, issue, reissue, and refund policies.
- Providing up to date advice on travel regulations Liaison with travel partners, including airlines and hotels and tour operators Coordination with individuals and corporate clients.
