Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead, plan, develop, and implement new processes in research and development.
∎ Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
∎ Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
∎ To find out the bottleneck operations then improve the bottleneck one by one applying by the standard method, motion study, workplace engineering & use work aid.
∎ Ensure most effective, easier and economy method of work in production.
∎ Provide cost effective production system through capacity plan and make sure achievement.
∎ Analysis, problem identify and find out solution to continuous improvement.
∎ Analysis of low production & collect lost time against low production and clarify.
∎ Plan layout of machines and lines to get highest productivity using IE method/tools.
∎ Standardize every steps of work in the manufacturing processes.
