Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Set sales targets and put in full effort to achieve daily, monthly, and yearly SKU-wise sales targets on time.
∎ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan for the assigned territory.
∎ Develop and execute distributor-wise route/beat coverage plans.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
∎ Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
∎ Conduct regular sales visits to current and potential customers.
∎ Prepare and continuously update the outlet list.
∎ Observe competitors' activities and send relevant reports to the line manager.
∎ Closely monitor, implement, and provide feedback on promotional activities to the line manager.
∎ Properly execute D/F inject and withdraw operations as per company rules, regulations, and agreements.
∎ Ensure the company's maximum market share and distributor ROI.
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
∎ Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
∎ Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
∎ Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
