To increase our market share, we are looking for a Territory Sales Officer to help us increase our brand presence and address customer needs within a specific territory.

  • We are looking for a passionate and target oriented person who will be focusing on driving high performance results, generating strong leads, prospecting and identifying opportunity. We need a hunter with a strong track record in driving sales!

Job Responsibilities      

  • Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.

  • Identify and maintain dealer networking, new dealer opening.     

  • Help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in your assigned region.     

  • Collaborate, coordinate with sales representatives from other territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach, synergies among each other Conduct surveys to understand consumer behavior.

  • Appoint suitable distributor as per territory coverage plan and oversee their onboarding and supervision·

  • Resolving and Expedites customer complaints in a timely and professional manner·

  • Implementing effective sales techniques in the assigned territory to increase company sales·      

  • In tandem with the Area Sales Officer, develop a strategic plan for attacking assigned territory; both from a geographic and specific vertical segment perspective·      

  • Conduct regular market visit to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities.·      

  • Always have to be active in official tracking system·      

  • Ensure day to day trouble shooting at the market along with MDO/SO/SR·      

  • Maintain good relation with shop owner and ensure product availability & display in assigned territory.     

  • Achieving monthly sales and collection targets Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis and report to line supervisor.      

  • Collect competitor`s necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.     

  • Maintain good relation with shop Owners.

  • 100 % cash sale to retail shop.     

  • Attend/organize different promotional activities.

  • Sales support with a proactive attitude.

  • On time bill submission & Cheque collection to all MT.

  • Due collection from MT.
