Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for pasteurized milk, and other dairy-based products.
- Identify and grow B2B and B2C customer segments.
- Build and manage relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and institutional clients.
- Supervise and train field sales officers and monitor their performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to ensure smooth operations.
