∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Initiate promotional activities such as pre-sowing campaigns, Farmer Training Programs.
∎ Plan, track and follow-up demo sites on regular basis.
∎ Actively manage relationships with key influencers, Distributors, dealers and Retailers.
∎ Focus on accurate and timely planning, placement, product liquidation and collections.
∎ Plan and ensure that the right product is available on shelf at the right time and right quantity.
∎ Support a strong channel engagement and campaign plan along with executing market strategy for effective business success.
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives of the territory as per budget.
∎ Accountable for collections from all customers in the sales region.
∎ Routinely update the supervisor about any information, suggestions, or criticism related to the activity results of the territory.
∎ Submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales collection budget.
∎ Any other task given by the management/supervisor
