Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Diploma in Agriculture in Agriculture, Agribusiness
∎ Skills Required: Dealer Management, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Sales target, Customer Service

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): fertilizer and pesticide, Sales & Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate promotional activities such as pre-sowing campaigns, Farmer Training Programs.
∎ Plan, track and follow-up demo sites on regular basis.
∎ Actively manage relationships with key influencers, Distributors and Retailers.
∎ Focus on accurate and timely planning, placement, product liquidation and collections.
∎ Plan and ensure that the right product is available on shelf at the right time and right quantity.
∎ Support a strong channel engagement and campaign plan along with executing market strategy for effective business success.
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives of the territory as per budget.
∎ Accountable for collections from all customers in the sales region.
∎ Routinely update the supervisor about any information, suggestions, or criticism related to the activity results of the territory.
∎ Submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time.
∎ Arrange meeting with farmers and district officers (DAE) for engagement purpose.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual sales collection budget.
∎ Any other task given by the management/supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in sales marketing within the pesticide or agricultural industry is preferred.
∎ Strong understanding of the Bangladeshi agricultural market and its dynamics.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in using marketing tools and software.
∎ Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Strong analytical and project management skills.
∎ Valid Motorcycle driving license is required

Salary: Negotiable
