∎ We are looking for highly motivated and diligent sales individuals to increase company income by discovering and creating new possibilities as well as boosting brand presence in designated market region in order to scale up the business of this endeavor in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular market visit in assigned territory and create strong relationship with Doctors and chemists to create strong brand awareness of Orko.
∎ Meet monthly Doctor and patient registration target Orko apps and make them familiar with the app by regular visit and coordination
∎ Plan and implement activities to achieve territory sales target and ensuring regular use of Orko apps by the medical professionals.
∎ Arrange periodic Doctor orientation program within assigned territory.
∎ Maintaining liaison with Doctors or Chemists for find out the new Business opportunities to increase the sales.
∎ To set month to month sales target in coordination of Line manager and meet monthly sales target consistently.
∎ To drive for sales collection both current and previous dues from the market with monthly reporting.
∎ Develop/Ensure proper interpersonal relationship with the targeted clients (Doctors, Chemists and relevant personnel).
∎ Conduct self-survey and analysis to prepare product promotion plan for individual doctors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Mentality to meet target consistantly, Sales, Dues Collection,
∎ Collecting Competition & Market data,
∎ Self-motivating, Hard working,
∎ Ready to handle any difficult situation
∎ Excellent Communication and interpersonal skill
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
