Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Orko Health Ltd. is looking for a Physiotherapist who will work to support the provision of Physiotherapy Services.
∎ The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge in Physiotherapy domain.
∎ Provide clubfoot treatment of clubfoot patients Through Ponseti technique and provide proper Physiotherapy consultancy to outpatients/referred patients about Physiotherapy and disability care.
∎ Provide quality treatment to the highest possible levels on assessing, casting and brace follow up phases on Clubfoot Treatment.
∎ Work with patients who have a range of conditions, including neurological, musculoskeletal, Paediatric, Sports Injury or Other Physiotherapy Treatment related conditions Making assessments of patient's physical conditions and formulating treatment plans.
∎ Provide Quality Physiotherapy treatment to the highest possible levels at Center.
∎ Coordinate all Programs concerning Physiotherapy.
∎ Teach patients and specially their parents about self-care treatment interventions.
∎ Take responsibility for the safe and competent use of Physiotherapy equipment, patient appliances and aids by patients.
∎ Record patient case notes and reports, and collect statistics.
∎ Maintain patient records, clinical report and also update regular clinical database.
∎ Perform as needed daily, monthly, quarterly & yearly clinical reports or any update.
∎ Participate in health, clubfoot & nutrition related training courses as well as facilitates similar courses to staff and govt. and NGO health providers.
∎ Conduct need based clinical sessions on clubfoot, disability and rehabilitation for the technical staffs.
∎ Develop networking relationship/experience with the key stakeholders.
∎ Assist in the design of the new activity and the building of partnerships with health stakeholders.
∎ Maintain close coordination with local administration.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
