Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:
We are looking for energetic, passionate, and result-driven individuals to join our growing sales team as Territory Sales Officers (TSO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of mobile gadgets, accessories, and related products within the assigned territory by developing dealer and retailer networks, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong market presence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for mobile gadgets and accessories.

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, retailers, and corporate clients.

  • Ensure proper product availability, display, and brand visibility at retail points.

  • Collect market intelligence on competitors’ pricing, promotions, and new product activities.

  • Drive secondary sales growth through efficient stock management and follow-up.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to execute trade promotions and campaigns.

  • Monitor dealer performance and support them to enhance sales operations.

  • Handle product feedback, warranty issues, and coordinate with the service team for after-sales support.

  • Ensure timely collections and payments from clients.

  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
