• Minimum Diploma in Electronics or equivalent technical training. 

• Experience in mobile phone or gadget repair (hardware & software). 

• Practical knowledge of Android and iOS devices, as well as branded accessories. 

• Ability to handle tools like soldering iron, multimeter, heat gun, microscope, etc. 

• Basic understanding of software flashing, unlocking, and IMEI repair (where legally permitted). 

• Good communication skills and teamwork mindset. 

• Honest, punctual, and responsible with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Experience working in authorized service centers or any mobile repair shop.

• Knowledge of repairing smart gadgets (smartwatches, earbuds, power banks, etc.). 

• Basic computer literacy for maintaining service logs and reports.

Job Summary:
We represent several reputed international brands and are responsible for recruiting Mobile Gadgets Repair Technicians joining our service team. The Gadgets Repair Technician role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing issues in mobile phones, earbuds, headphones, smartwatches, power banks, speakers, and other electronic gadgets.

• Perform component-level repairs, including display, battery, charging port, camera, and motherboard.

• Use appropriate tools and equipment for hardware and software troubleshooting.

• Install, update, or restore mobile operating systems and firmware.

• Maintain proper records of repair jobs, spare parts usage, and service reports.

• Handle customer devices carefully and ensure data privacy and safety.

• Communicate with the service manager regarding recurring issues or parts requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order in the service workspace.

• Provide after-repair testing to ensure full functionality before delivery of the device.

• Assist in maintaining the Wearhouse stock and operations.
