Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achievement of primary & secondary sales Target/Budget
∎ Hire and supervise sales representative and delivery man.
∎ Increase coverage of Outlets & Markets
∎ Field visit with sales representative to understand and solve issue at ground
∎ Proper Reporting
∎ Maintain safety of stocks at sales representative hand
∎ Feedback about competitors activities in the markets
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment Exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation.
∎ Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to manage sales and distribution networks
∎ MS word, MS-excel
∎ Communication
∎ People management skills
∎ Working knowledge on direct sales operation
∎ Willing to Work under pressure and challenging environment
