To increase our market share, we are looking for a Territory Sales Officer to help us increase our brand presence and address customer needs within a specific territory.
∎ We are looking for a passionate and target oriented person who will be focusing on driving high performance results, generating strong leads, prospecting and identifying opportunity. We need a hunter with a strong track record in driving sales!
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
∎ Identify specific consumer characteristics and recommending ways to promote and sell our products.
∎ Help us grow our customer base and establish our reputation in your assigned region.
∎ Collaborate, coordinate with sales representatives from other territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach, synergies among each other Conduct surveys to understand consumer behavior.
∎ Become familiar with the industry processes and developments.
∎ Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
∎ Implementing effective sales techniques in the assigned territory to increase company sales
∎ In tandem with the Area Sales Officer, develop a strategic plan for attacking assigned territory; both from a geographic and specific vertical segment perspective
∎ Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
∎ Route plan wise regular field visit. Every outlet at least two times visit per week.
∎ Always have to be active in official tracking system
∎ Achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
∎ Ensure product availability & display in assigned territory.
∎ Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis report to line supervisor.
∎ Identify new markets.
∎ Collect competitor's necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
∎ Maintain good relation with shop Owners.
∎ 100 % cash sale to retail shop.
∎ Attend/organize different promotional activities.
∎ Sales support with a proactive attitude.
∎ On time bill submission & Cheque collection to all MT.
∎ Due collection from MT.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Self-starter with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding sale targets.
∎ Basic computer literacy
∎ Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge on retail and wholesale operation
∎ Exceptional customer service skills.
∎ Good business sense
∎ Knowledge of the industry techniques and latest developments
∎ Initiative and enthusiasm
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
∎ A team player and ability to work independently
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Languages Basic knowledge Moderate Professional proficiency
