Job Context:
∎ A renowned business conglomerate in Bangladesh is also the sole distributor of an internationally favoured brand of lubricants, offering all kinds of lubricants, greases, coolants and functional fluids solutions.
∎ They are expanding their business throughout the country. The company is now looking for a capable, energetic and proactive individual to fill the position of Territory Sales Officer.
∎ This position requires enough confidence to meet the company demand with extensive field visit, maintaining customer relationships, setting and meeting sales targets to increase revenue, finding ways to ensure efficiency of sales operations.
∎ Department: B2C
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meeting territory -wise sales targets given by the management.
∎ Ensure merchandising & product display in the visiting outlets.
∎ Frequent field visit & develop relationship with customers.
∎ Appointing new dealers in gap areas to achieve sales targets & strengthen channel.
∎ Specially develop relationship with the key mechanics & motivate them for using the product.
∎ Discover sales opportunities throughout the probable or prospect channels.
∎ Present products and services to prospective customers.
∎ Perform according to the KPIs assigned by the management.
∎ If any other duties assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-4 Years' Experience in Sales. Automotive or FMCG background preferred.
∎ Proficient in MS office and positive mindset to meet the assigned tasks by the management.
Salary: Negotiable
