∎ Territory Sales Manager (TSM) & Area Sales Manager (ASM).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, implement and monitor sales activities for achieving sales target.
∎ Develop proper forecasting plan & inventory management in the depot, dealer & customer level to implement annual quarterly and monthly sales target.
∎ Distribute daily sales target and manage product lunching with promotional activities.
∎ Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure strategic sales plan along to exploit potential sales market.
∎ Assign, coach & motivate sales staffs using leadership technique to build a strong network & professionalism.
∎ Analyze, manpower demand and make liaison with HRM Department & National sales team on manpower issue.
∎ Visit dealer point regularly and collect regular marketing feedback to insure fair communication between customer and management.
∎ Open new dealer and follow up previous dealers always to increase sales target and online achievement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Both males & females are allowed to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area: Direct selling/Marketing, Business development, Sales Management of FMCG Food & Consumer Products.
∎ Must be sincere, dedicated, time bound, target oriented, committed & good team player.
∎ Should have sound communication, interpersonal & organizational skills.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Performance bonus, Provident fund
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
