• Bachelor/Honors
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged), Beverage, Ice Cream, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread), Mineral Water

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory/ Region, ensuring consistent growth and performance.

• Monitor and drive DB-wise (Distributor-wise) target achievements effectively.

• Lead efforts in opening and developing new distribution channels.

• Conduct sales training to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.

• Supervise and guide Sales Representatives (SRs) to ensure effective outlet coverage, Route Coverage, proper merchandising, and sales growth.

• Implement and execute sales forecasts and strategic plans to meet business objectives.

• Drive key sales KPIs at both individual and team levels to ensure optimal performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to foster long-term business growth.

• Adapt effectively to dynamic and challenging environments to achieve business goals.

• Ensure consistent product availability and optimal visibility across all outlets.
