B2B Sales, Commodity, Distribution management, Distribution Network, Distribution Sales, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Retail Operation, sales and Distribution, Wholesale Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule of the assigned territory
∎ Actively explore the Distributors, Retail & Wholesale market of commodity products and onboard in the territory
∎ Ensure services and retention of the channel onboarded
∎ Ensure the growth of sales and capture the market
∎ Lead sales team with regular monitoring, follow-up, cross-checking of the sales target
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) and LM for optimal availability
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve the best results
∎ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of Sales, Sourcing and Distribution Management of Commodity/Daily Need products will get preference
Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 45000 (Monthly)
∎ Additional TA and monthly Incentive up to 20,000 BDT

∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
