Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Companies, E-commerce
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a "Territory Sales Manager" he must have a willingness to post and travel anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Must have the sound knowledge and skills to handle distribution channels like retail, wholesale, counter store, tea bunks, super shops, and others where consumer food products available.
∎ He has to achieve or exceed both qualitative and quantitative goals for his assigned territories.
∎ Willingness to explore new business opportunities and platforms to exceed the assigned qualitative and quantitative goals for his/her territory.
∎ Lead, train & care team for unleashing and utilizing their potentiality to achieve monthly sales volume.
∎ Create a healthy competitive winning environment among the sales teams in the distribution area thus they can achieve their individual goal for each month.
∎ Must have been courageous enough to take challenges and solve problem instantly by his/her own decision in absence of reporting manager.
∎ Create and maintain a professional win win relationship with distributor and major stockiest or wholesale.
∎ Ability to accept and learn from the errors and develop his/her development area with the help of his/her supervisor.
∎ Have a valid driving license and willingness to drive a motorbike extensively.
∎ Must be self-motivated and have to work under tremendous pressure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
