Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for sales planning and promoting sales activities in the territory.
∎ Execute Plan and develop sales strategies to achieve territory target.
∎ Ensure product availability in all potential outlets under the territory.
∎ Increase coverage as opportunity basis in the territory.
∎ Ensure on timely collection from all distributors under the territory.
∎ Analyze own market size of each product, plan for targeted market share & inform to the management.
∎ Train the Sales Representatives for improving their product knowledge & skills development.
∎ Execute promotional plan & branding activities as per guideline.
