Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle overall domestic rice-related sales.
∎ Systemically drive and grow new sales outlets and distribution channels to sell our rice products.
∎ Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule of the assigned territory.
∎ Actively explore the Distributors, Retail & Wholesale market of commodity products and onboard in the territory.
∎ Ensure services and retention of the channel onboarded.
∎ Ensure the growth of sales and capture the market.
∎ Lead sales team with regular monitoring, follow-up, and cross-checking of the sales target.
∎ Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
∎ Ensure the availability of stock for sales and coordinate with cross-functional teams (CFT) and LM for optimal availability.
∎ Collaborate with team members to achieve the best results.
∎ Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
