Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve 100% sales budget of the responsible territory·
∎ Ensure the collection of 100% customer due of the territory·
∎ Appoint customer as per company policy·
∎ Prepare customer category based on the business prospect·
∎ Efficiently handle field problems and maintain a good rapport with customers and end users·
∎ Execute all field promotional activities effectively and successfully i.e. farmer's meeting, retailer meeting, DAE meeting, etc.
∎ Daily, weekly, and monthly basis sales, collection, and credit reports to supervisor·
∎ Supervise Temporary Force (TF) efficiently, if applicable.
∎ The territory-level officer performs sales, collection, and promotional activities according to company-prescribed policies and procedures.
∎ Achieve 100% sales budget of the responsible territory·
