• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Diploma in Agriculture/ Bachelor degree

• Master’s degree preferred

The territory-level officers perform sales, collection, and promotional activities according to company-prescribed policies and procedures.

• Achieve 100% sales budget of the responsible territory·

• Ensure the collection of 100% customer due of the territory·

• Appoint customer as per company policy·

• Prepare customer category based on the business prospect·

• Efficiently handle field problems and maintain a good rapport with customers and end users·

• Execute all field promotional activities effectively and successfully i.e. farmer`s meeting, retailer meeting, DAE meeting, etc.

• Daily, weekly, and monthly basis sales, collection, and credit reports to supervisor·

• Supervise Temporary Force (TF) efficiently, if applicable.
