Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve sales targets set by management in coordination with the team
Monitor sales activities and take necessary steps to ensure targets are achieved on time
Monitor all incoming sales calls through the prescribed format and distribute them among all relevant team
Deal with potential customers and convince them to purchase company products
Maintain and monitor records (roster) of walk-in customers, references, and existing customers and distribute leads properly
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure standard service and generate new sales leads
Retain existing customers for a long-term business relationship
Identify customer sources and target markets based on current inventory in coordination with the operation team
Ensure the market share enhancement through proper planning, field activities and customer engagement.
